What To Expect At Our Park
Magnolia RV Park features a 1.5-acre fishing pond stocked with channel catfish, small mouth bass, brim, along with a turtle or two. Guests can fish the pond, and at times you will be allowed to keep your catch. Also, while you are at the pond, you will surely meet our resident Muscovy and Mallard Ducks.
What's going on in the area?
Those feeling lucky can visit Crater of Diamonds State Park which is 85 miles from the Park. Magnolia, Arkansas is home of the Magnolia Blossom Festival and World Championship Steak Cook-Off, held the third weekend in May. In nearby Emerson, AR, is the Purplehull Pea Festival and Rotary Tiller Races, held in June. In April, there is the McNeil Festival on the Rails, held in McNeil, AR, just a short drive away.
What is on the grounds?
There are multiple seating benches around the pond, a covered pavilion with four picnic tables, and a horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. There is a small walking trail in the wooded area of the park. The Park roads are great for walking and three times around the perimeter is about 1 mile, helping you reach your 10,000-step goal. Bring your pet along to enjoy our dog park.
Don't Forget to Visit Our Clubhouse!
The clubhouse offers 2 clean handicap accessible showers, men’s and ladies’ restrooms, coin operated washers and dryers, games, puzzles, a take one leave one library, and a TV available for use during your stay. There is also complimentary coffee for your enjoyment. Near the Clubhouse is a covered and lighted Pavilion with picnic tables. The Pavilion can be rented for an event for up to 25 guests. Ask management for details on renting the Pavilion.
Magnolia RV Park is “Newbie” friendly. We welcome you to the RV family. We were all new once and understand how confusing it can be when just starting out. We will happily share our knowledge, and assist you in setting up while teaching you some “tricks of the trade.”
